INGREDIENTS
- 1.5lbs Black Gold Farms red potatoes, washed and cut into
1-inch pieces - 4teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4teaspoon chipotle pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2Mix oil and seasonings in a bowl and toss with potatoes.
- 3Spread potatoes on a roasting pan and cook for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Toss once while roasting for even cooking.
